Bryan is a Tacoma native and graduate of Wilson High School and obtained his bachelor's degree in business from the University of Washington Tacoma. After 8 years of service in the Navy, he worked in healthcare administration before pursuing his passion in Real Estate.

Lindy has been working in all levels of residential property management for over 3years in the Pacific Northwest, Northern California and Denver markets. Most recently as senior executive for Rush Residential and Edison47 where she oversaw all property management activities for Rush new multi family new construction and stabilized assets. Prior to her role at Rush Lindy managed multi states assets as a Senior Regional and VP for national firms such as RReef, CAPREIT, AvalonBay, Simpson Housing, Conamto name a few. Lindy is highly proficient at managing all aspects of the day-to-day operations of multifamily projects, including budgeting, personnel hiring/training, business planning for maximizing income and cash flow. Due to her depth of experience she is able to create highly bespoke business plans for each asset including optimizing lease renewal matrixes to avoid unnecessary over-exposure understanding how an expenditure we be accretive to asset performance, including prioritization with concrete plans for execution. Her strong rapport with onsite staff and residents is a priority in maintaining staff retention and development.

Ryan is the owner of Starboard Real Estate, a full-service property management firm. He has acquired and managed over $150 million of real estate in the Puget Sound area. Previously, he originated real estate debt at two special-situation funds and spent six years at a global institution, where he closed over $5 billion in transactions and originated $400 million in commercial loans.

Originally from Tacoma, WA, Ryan holds a B.A. in Finance from Washington State University and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of San Diego.
