    Meet Bryan Collins

    Bryan Collins is a results-driven real estate professional and Owner of Starboard Real Estate, a full-service property management firm serving the Puget Sound region. He brings hands-on operational leadership and a disciplined, investor-focused approach to property management, asset performance, and portfolio growth.

    Bryan has built a reputation for optimizing property operations and implementing strategic management initiatives that drive consistent, scalable results for investors and clients. After 8 years of service in the U.S. Navy, he transitioned to healthcare administration before pursuing his passion in real estate, combining leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to excellence.

    A Tacoma native, Bryan earned his bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Washington Tacoma.

    Meet Lindy Harvey

    Lindy Harvey is a high-impact real estate executive with over 25 years of experience driving growth in the multifamily and commercial sectors. She has a proven track record of transforming underperforming portfolios into high-yield assets through strategic management, operational excellence, and disciplined execution.

    Previously, as Senior Vice President at Edison47/Rush Development, Lindy oversaw acquisition due diligence, renovation management, and third-party contract acquisition, achieving 24% year-over-year growth in the Seattle market and leading the expansion of a Northern California region from 208 to over 2,000 units in two years.

    Lindy combines creative vision with financial rigor, as well being a Washington State Designated Broker committed and human-capital development.

    Meet Ryan Kurth

    Ryan is a results-driven real estate operator and Owner of Starboard Real Estate, a full-service property management firm serving the Puget Sound region. He brings hands-on leadership and a disciplined, investor-focused approach to property management, asset performance, and portfolio growth.

    Ryan has built a reputation for improving property operations and executing strategic initiatives that enhance asset performance and deliver consistent, scalable results. Prior to founding Starboard, he developed deep expertise in real estate finance, closing over $5 billion in transactions and originating more than $400 million in commercial loans across multiple asset classes.

    A Tacoma native, Ryan holds a B.A. in Finance from Washington State University and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of San Diego.
